 With the team since 2021, Mackenzie ("Mack") brings a creative edge to copywriting, editing, and graphic design across social media, newsletters, and digital marketing initiatives. She holds a degree in Public Relations from Temple University. 

 Founder and agency lead, Jeannette established the company in 2017 to help businesses elevate their digital communications. She holds a degree in Communications from Penn State University, along with a certification in IT Web Design.
